If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen days of the despatch date with your receipt, and we will make a full refund, providing the product is unopened and undamaged. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
Claims for goods arriving damaged or otherwise not usable must be made within seven days of receipt. Your claim should indicate if you require a refund of the purchase price or replacement goods. We reserve the right to refund instead of replacing.
You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item, enclosing your relevant details. We will pay the cost of return delivery if your return is due to our error. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of return.
If a refund is appropriate, then we will initiate the payment within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned goods. Your bank may also take further time to process the refunded payment.
